Leavs Ltd produce bespoke organic packaging that made it onto the LEP’s Pathfinder Manifesto due to its innovation and attractiveness

Leavs Ltd is based in Norwich, producing organic packaging from botanicals and by-products of popular farming crops. It offers dynamic, visually pleasing and environmentally friendly solutions to void fill packaging and product protection.

Leavs Ltd has recently been recognised by the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership. The company was mentioned in the Green Economy Pathfinder Manifesto which was presented to the Government in early June 2012. The manifesto quotes Leavs Ltd as being ‘biodegradable, having low production emissions and providing high quality packaging material that is attractive and distinctly innovative’.

Entitled ‘Leading the Way’ the manifesto was presented at a reception in the Houses of Parliament attended by over 100 business leaders, government department representatives and local authority’s. Leavs Ltd founded by Richard Wright, a Norfolk farmer, in response to issues he was facing himself, creates packaging that not only solves a problem but also aesthetically enhances the product. It both protects and improves the look of the product within.

Packaging companies are constantly trying to keep up with the worlds ever growing environmental concerns and there is nothing else on the market as environmentally and ecologically friendly as Leavs Ltd packaging. Rarely can it be said that a greener alternative fufils the high specs set by its synthetic counterpart, in this case Leavs Ltd have created a product that does exactly that.
